Bangalore (Karnataka):Lucknow Super Giants captain KL Rahul won the toss and opted to field first against Royal Challengers Bangalore in their Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 match at the M.Chinnaswamy Stadium here on Monday.

Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Faf du Plessis said he was looking forward to the contest."Does look a little bit dry. We were 50-50 as to what to do. We did chase last time around. We were thinking of changing it around this time. We are looking forward to this contest. Four-pronged seam attack."
