New Delhi:Amid speculations of Cabinet expansion, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar reached New Delhi on Tuesday. However, answering the queries of media persons, Mr Kumar dismissed such reports and said he came here for eye treatment. "I came here for personal reasons. I have been suffering from an eye disease and that's the reason I came here," said Kumar.
Refuting the media reports, he said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will decide if there would be any cabinet expansion. He further added that if there is any development related to the expansion, he would speak to the media. When asked about LJP leader Chirag Paswan's allegations over his party's role in bifurcating the MPs, he asserted the statement given by Paswan is just a 'media stunt' and added there is no role of his party in the coup.
"They might have committed some mistake that is why this is happening. If such things within a party happen, there is some reason for it. It is something they need to sort out among themselves," added Kumar.
