Srinagar:Two Jaish-i-Muhammad (JeM) militants were killed in an encounter between security forces and militants in Gujjar Pora, DH Pora area of South Kashmir's Kulgam district on Sunday.

On Twitter, Kashmir Zone police, while quoting IGP Vijay Kumar, said two militants were killed in the gunfight identifying them as Zakir Paddar of Kulgam and Haris Sharief of Srinagar. Pertinently another encounter is underway in north Kashmir's Kupwara where two militants have been killed so far.
