New Delhi:Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederikson on Thursday met External Affairs Minister Dr Jaishankar here in the national capital. Both the leaders discussed the entire gamut of bilateral ties and reviewed the progress in implementation of the ‘Green Strategic Partnership’.
"Welcomed Denmark Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen on her first visit to India. Our Green Strategic Partnership will advance further as a result", EAM Jaishankar tweeted. Earlier today, the Danish Prime Minister called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Hyderabad House in New Delhi.
Frederiksen arrived in Delhi in the morning today on a three-day visit to India. She was received by PM Modi at Rashtrapati Bhavan. She was accorded a ceremonial welcome. She also paid tributes to Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat. Both the leaders reviewed the progress in implementation of the 'Green Strategic Partnership' established last year.
