The plea filed by Advocate Anubha Srivastava Sahai contends that adhering to Covid-19 guidelines would not be possible and vaccination will also take some more time so the students should be given an option to 'opt-out' before the exams or during it and be given an extra chance. Further, the plea seeks to increase the number of examination centres, to at least one centre in each district and conduct the exam in a staggered manner.
