Srinagar (Jammu-Kashmir): The Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday said that the administration is mulling to re-open higher education institutions and only those students who have been vaccinated will be allowed to attend the classes.
Talking to reporters here, Sinha said that, "Higher education institutions will be opened in the Union Territory, but no decision has been taken yet on the reopening of schools."
He also said that students above the age of 18 will be vaccinated and then inter, degree colleges and universities will be opened, but there is no talk of opening schools yet.
