On the same day of joint statement following a commander-level discussions between India and China, a suspected Chinese-origin Twitter handle released a video which it claims of showing the clashes between the security forces of India and China in Galwan last year.

Hyderabad:On the same day of joint statement following a commander-level discussions between India and China, a suspected Chinese-origin Twitter handle released a video which it claims of showing the clashes between the security forces of India and China in Galwan last year.

The tweet said the video embedded along with it are excerpts from a video interview of the kin of PLA soldiers who died in the clashes between the two security forces.

"Excerpts from a video interview of a PLA martyrs family shows footage of the #Galwanvalley clash between #India & #China, the stone pelting, close combat fighting, conditions of soldiers in the river & Chinese equipment on site well documented in these 45 seconds."

The close combat skirmish between the troops happened on June 15 last year. The footage put by the twitter handle shows stone pelting by the Chinese troops on Indian soldiers and PLA troops trying to cross the shallow waters of Galwan river. The visuals also show rescue efforts by the PLA.

The two neighbors held the 12th round of military commanders-level talks on Saturday.
