New Delhi:The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Class 12 examination results. They are available on the board's official website 'cbseresults.nic.in', 'digilocker.gov.in' and the 'DigiLocker app'. It is known that the 12th class examinations could not be conducted this year due to a surge in the Coronavirus cases, and in this regard an evaluation policy was issued by the CBSE to prepare the exam results.
As per the evaluation policy, the CBSE will be adopting a 30:30:40 formula to evaluate class 12 students based on the results of Class-X, XI and XII examinations respectively. In this regard, a 13-member panel was also set up by the board for the same. The theory paper evaluation formula is 30 per cent weightage given to Class 10 marks, 30 per cent weightage to Class 11 marks and 40 per cent weightage to Class 12 marks obtained in unit test, mid-term and pre-board exams.
Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Assam, Punjab and Meghalaya state 10th and 12th examination results will also be declared today. Students of these states can check their results from the official website of the respective state.
