Srinagar: Bharatiya Janata Party workers' bike rally was flagged off from city centre Lal Chowk in Srinagar to commemorate the Kargil Vijay Diwas on Monday. The rally flagged off by BJP leader Tarun Chugh will conclude in Drass in Ladakh.
