New Delhi:Protesting against the latest trend of imposing "impractical" traffic violation fines on people, Indian Youth Congress believes that it is a way of looting common masses on the part of Modi government.
Gathered in front of Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari's residence, Youth Congress workers staged a protest by leaving their bikes outside Minister's residence as a "symbol of injustice happening with the general public in BJP's rule."
While speaking to ETV Bharat, Youth Congress President Srinivas BV said, "This government has already looted the common masses by demonetization and GST. Now, they have found a new way of looting people. This act also violates the right of privacy of the citizens, which is dangerous. We demand to lower these traffic violation fines and also to find a way of not displaying the personal information of the people on their websites."
