Jaipur (Rajasthan):Defending his party amid the rift with Yogi-led government over migrant bus row, Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot said that UP govt should have accepted even if five buses were deployed by the Congress for the poor migrants. He charged CM Yogi by coming out with 'one precondition after the another' and for not helping the exhausted workers.
He said, "Yogi govt might be doing it's job in the state but as the General Secretary of Congress Priyanka Gandhi took an initiative to deploy buses for the migrants. Rajasthan govt was not involved in this, it was a sole effort of Priyanka Gandhi. When did it become wrong to help someone during a humanitarian crisis?"
"Earlier Central govt had announced that no fitness certificate for vehicles will be needed till June 30. Yogi govt should have accepted the help offered by Congress keeping aside political differences".
