Ahead of Women's Day, first Lady Cadet Major Divya Ajith Kumar gave a special message for every woman of the nation saying that giving up should not be the solution come what may. Lady Cadet Major is the first woman who got the 'Sword of Honour' in Indian Army.

New Delhi: First Lady Cadet Major Divya Ajith Kumar has a special message for every woman of the nation ahead of Women's Day.

She believes that giving up is no solution, whatever may be the reason.

Lady Cadet Major is the first woman who got the 'Sword of Honour' in Indian Army.

Major Divya Ajith Kumar has made history in many other ways also.

Major Divya Ajith Kumar said, "I wanted to join the uniform services. After I joined the NCC and was exposed to the Army, I decided to try for it and got through."

She received the prestigious 'Sword of Honour' in 2010.

She had also led the first all-women contingent of 154 women officers and cadets during the Republic Day parade of 2015.
