New Delhi: Women from different walks of life have started sending in their entries for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Taking it to twitter, Prime Minister Narendra Modi informed about this on Thursday.
Modi's tweet referred to the response to his call, earlier this week, for women to take over his social media accounts for a day on Women's Day.
"Inspiring women entrepreneurs. ''Nari Shakti'' securing India. Women excelling in sports and leadership. Women farmers showing the way. Been getting many motivating stories on exceptional women achievers," Modi tweeted.
"Do keep sharing more such life journeys!" he added.
Earlier, late on Monday evening, Modi created a sense of suspense after he tweeted: "This Sunday, thinking of giving up my social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube. Will keep you all posted."He has 52.3 million followers on Twitter alone. Soon after his post, "No Sir" started to trend on top, urging him to reconsider his decision.
