Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): In the fight against Coronavirus, women are equally working shoulder to shoulder with men to help and contribute their bit. These women put all their efforts to so as to make the fight against the virus, a successful one along with the doctors, and medical staff, police administration and the employees of the municipal corporation.
The five women officers of Ratlam district are engaged day and night in a battle against corona pandemic.
Ratlam District Collector Ruchika Chauhan, SDM Jamuna Bhide, SDM Laxmi Gamad and Deputy Collector Shirali Jain are putting their constant efforts to help flatten the curve of the virus.
At the same time, Ruchi Vardhan Mishra, the newly appointed DIG, IPS officer of the Ratlam range, has also contributed to this coronavirus battle by reaching Ratlam on utmost priority.
It is the result of the hard work and skilful leadership of these women officers that people can still be successfully made to follow the lockdown in the district. No Coronavirus positive patient has been reported so far in the district.
It is significant to note that, for the past 2 years women officials have been serving in the senior-most posts of the district. In the ubiquitous coronavirus crisis, the efficient management of woman officers has helped the lockdown into a success.
Ruchika Chauhan (Collector Ratlam)
It is under the able leadership of Ratlam Collector Ruchika Chauhan that the entire women officers and the administrative staff are able to successfully implement the lock-down in the district. The work of arranging and distribution of food for the poor and the homeless are being done successfully. On the initiative of Collector Ruchika Chauhan, the work of escorting the migrating workers and labourers to their hometowns is being done successfully. Collector Ruchika Chauhan, despite having the responsibility of looking after his 5-year-old son, is working hard day and night in this battle by leading the district as a warrior.
