Uttarakhand BJP MLA brandishes guns, uses vulgar language in viral video

In a video that has gone viral, suspended Uttarakhand BJP MLA Pranav Singh Champion can be seen dancing with his supporters while brandishing arms as he celebrates his homecoming after a leg operation.

Uttarakhand: In a video going viral across social media platforms, controversial Uttarakhand Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA, Pranav Singh Champion, who is currently suspended from the party on the grounds of indiscipline and misbehaviour, can be seen brandishing guns and dancing while drinking alcohol.

Champion along with his supporters was reportedly celebrating his homecoming after getting released from the hospital.

Not just one or two, the BJP MLA can be seen holding four guns while shaking a leg to Bollywood numbers and using abusive language.

Praising the BJP leader, his supporters can be heard saying, "No one else, only you can do something like this in Uttarakhand."

"Not just in Uttarakhand, no one can do this in entire India," Champion says while responding to the praises.

Meanwhile, condemning Champion's video BJP national media in-charge Anil Baluni has assured that the party will take strict action against the lawmaker.

"I've seen that video. I condemn it. These kinds of complaints came against Pranav Singh Champion earlier as well, that's why he was suspended for 3 months. We'll talk to Uttarakhand unit about it. Strict action will be taken," said Baluni.

Police have, in the meantime, said that they will look into the matter and verify if the weapons are licensed or not.
