New Delhi: Expressing concern over the rising tension between the US and Iran over the killing of top Iranian commander, the Congress on Saturday said India must not believe anyone on who was involved and who was not in the 2012 terror attack in the national capital and protect its relations with Iran.

US President Donald Trump, after getting General Qasem Soleimani, the head of Iran's elite al-Quds force, killed, said he was responsible for several terror attacks in the region, including India in 2012.
"It's an important matter. The US would want our relations with Iran get disturbed, "Alvi said, adding that Iran and India must take care.Commenting on attack on Nankana Sahib gurdwara in Pakistan, the Congress leader said Pakistan government must take action against people involved in it."
"I condemn it. Our government must lodge a strong protest against the attack on the Sikh shrine in Pakistan," he said, adding, that Imran Khan government must ensure that such incident does not recur.
Alvi, possibly referring to the on-going protests against the newly amended citizenship act and the proposed NRC, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi should also take care minorities in India.
