Jalaun (Uttar Pradesh): In yet another road accident involving migrant workers, at least two people were killed and 14 others injured after the truck they were travelling in collided with a vehicle in Uttar Pradesh's Jalaun district early on Friday morning.
According to reports, around 50 migrant labourers were travelling in a truck, which was coming from Maharashtra.
Early this morning, an unidentified vehicle, which was travelling at high speed, reportedly collided with the truck on the Jhansi-Kanpur National Highway, following which the truck lost control and fell into the adjoining fields.
Upon receiving information, the local police reached the spot and rushed the injured to the hospital. As many as 14 persons received serious injuries and are currently undergoing treatment.

However, two of the migrants reportedly died on the spot. Their bodies have been sent for postmortem.
