New Delhi:With only two days left for the prominent festival Eid, the Indian Muslims for Progress and Reforms (IMPAR), a Delhi based Muslim think tank has appealed to the Muslim brethren to show sensitivity towards the fellow countrymen on the occasion.
Requesting the community that the people should be careful about not doing Qurbani - a ritual animal sacrifice - on open roads or any other public places, IMPAR said the people should also be responsible in disposing of the animal waste.
The appeal from the IMPAR to the community shows utmost maturity on 5 August 2020, the day when Bhoomi pujan of Ram Janam Bhoomi in Ayodhya will be performed.
