New Delhi:A day after Home Ministry said that there is no information concerning "tukde-tukde gang", security expert Prakash Singh in a conversation wit ETV Bharat said that, "Officially there might not be any tukde tukde gang, but it refers to those who talk about disintegrating India."
"Instead of going into the substance, we should look into its significance...The gang refers to a section of people especially a few selected universities and its people who talk of the disintegration of India," he said.
Singh said that there might not be any tukde tukde gang registered with the election commission, "however they are a group of people who talks about disintegrating India." They have been identified as a section of people, especially in some selected universities.
Singh further said that such a group of people can't also take advantage of the Home Ministry's denial of the presence of such a gang.
Singh had earlier served as Director-General in Border Security Force (BSF). He has also served as the Director-General of Assam Police.
