Police have arrested notorious history-sheeter Vikas Dubey in Ujjain on Thursday morning, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra confirmed. Gangster Vikas Dubey was on a run for days after an encounter broke out in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur in which eight policemen were killed.
