Teacher thrashes students after suspecting them of theft

A school teacher beats up her students on suspecting them of theft. The teacher had apparently lost money amounting to Rs 2400, following which she thrashed the 25 students in her class.

Vishakhapatnam:In an inhuman act, a school teacher in Andhra Pradesh's Vishakhapatnam district brutally thrashed 25 of her students after she discovered that an amount of Rs 2,400 apparently went missing from her purse.

Suspecting her students' of theft, she held back the students till late evening and lashed at them.

After the students failed to reach home on time, the worried parents turned up at the school to find out the reason. On seeing their children hurt, the infuriated parents questioned the teacher on the matter.

The teacher, in turn, picked up a quarrel with the parents and left the scene.

The parents might file an FIR against the school administration.
