Muzaffarpur:A lawyer on Friday moved a criminal complaint against 8 persons, including Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and producer-director Karan Johar, in a local court regarding the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
Others named in the complaint are Aditya Chopra, Sajid Nadiadwala, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Bhushan Kumar, Ekta Kapoor, and director Dinesh. All those named in the plea have been asked to appear before the court by October 7th.
Sushant's death case: Complaint in Muzaffarpur court against Salman Khan, 8 others In his complaint filed in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha alleged that these eight persons forced Sushant to commit suicide under a conspiracy which, he pleaded, amounted to murder.
Earlier, the court had turned down the plea accusing Bollywood bigwigs of abatement to suicide in SSR's death case. The CJI had dismissed the petition stating that the matter lay outside the court's jurisdiction.
After the plea was rejected, Ojha had again filed a fresh plea against Bollywood Bigwigs.

The court had demanded all the related documents after which a notice has been issued to eight Bollywood actors in connection with the Sushant Singh Rajput's death case.
The complainant claimed that these persons did not let Sushant's movies get released under a conspiracy and the late actor was not even invited to film functions because of these people. Ojha said that Sushant Singh Rajput''s death had not only hurt the people of Bihar but the entire country.
He said the complaint had been filed under Sections 306, 109, 504 and 506 and Bollywood actor Kangana Ranawat had been listed as a witness in the case. Sushant Singh Rajput had allegedly committed suicide at his Bandra flat in Mumbai on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Bombay High Court will hear the bail pleas of three people, including actor Rhea Chakraborty’s associate Samuel Marshal Miranda, arrested in the drugs case of the late actor's death case.
A special court in Mumbai had last week rejected the bail plea of actor Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, Dipesh Sawant, Samuel Miranda, Abdul Basit and Zaid Vilatra.
