Reshma, lady staffer at the firm told ETV Bharat, "All ladies staff are happy with the decision of the company. Women bodies are unique and they have a different level of problems. Some have to go through the pain all day, some experience pain on the first day, while others on the next day. All these make it difficult for a woman to work and sit at the same place for a longer duration. This decision has given a big relief to women employees."
Another staffer Isha said, "We are feeling relieved because of this decision. Now I can have a peaceful day on my period. The decision by the company would help us discharge our duties in a more relaxed way. That will also help the company and we would get the break during client meetings."
The management of the company believes that other small or big companies should also think about this and even the government should bring out a leave policy regarding the same.
