Shramik train carrying 1,318 migrants leaves for West Bengal from Bellary

Migrant workers stranded in parts of North Karnataka left for West Bengal through a Shramik Special train on Saturday from Bellary.

Bellary (Karnataka): Around 1,318 migrant workers, who were stranded in parts of North Karnataka, left for West Bengal on Saturday through the Shramik Special train from Bellary city.

The members of the Indian Red Cross distributed food, water, and masks free of charge among the migrant workers who were traveling on the Shramik train.

Bellary District Superintendent CK Baba greeted the migrant workers at the station. He wished them safe travel and asked them to come back to Bellary.
