Kolkata: Several passengers traveling to and from Kolkata's Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport on Monday had a harrowing time following a server malfunction which resulted in flights reportedly getting delayed.
The main server at the airport went down and even the Flight Information Display System (FIDS) had reportedly stopped functioning, forcing the airliners to issue boarding tickets manually, which in turn led to long lines and delays in flight departure.
