New Delhi:The Supreme Court on Friday ordered to extend the tenure of Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) chairman in view of no appointment by next three months.

The apex court today ordered to extend the tenure of TDSAT chairman Justice Shiv Kriti Singh for next three months.

The apex court has also directed the Centre to complete all the appointments of members of the tribunal including chairman in next three months while Justice Shiv Kriti Singh is holding the position.
