New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday asked the candidates of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) and the Bihar state government to submit a 2-page synopsis on how the already qualified working people and the new entrants in the merit list will be adjusted.

The court has also asked the state government to find out the total number of candidates who had challenged the question paper before the court as everyone can not be accommodated.

After the results of the BPSC mains were declared in 2013, around 400 students approached the Patna High Court objecting the question paper.

A single bench and 2-judge bench had found 4 wrong questions separately.

Later on, the matter reached the Supreme Court which found 6 wrong questions. Last year on 25th September, the apex court had ordered the state government to form an expert committee which would look into the objected questions.

However, the committee in its report said that there were two wrong questions in the paper.

The candidates were dissatisfied with the committee's report but the court said that this process can not go on indefinitely.

The court reserved the order in the matter and directed that the synopsis has to be submitted within 10 days.
