Jodhpur:The Rajasthan High Court on Friday deferred the case for two weeks in connection with the case lodged against filmmaker Karan Johar and Indian cricketers Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul for allegedly making derogatory remarks against women in a television chat show 'Koffee with Karan'.
A bench headed by justice SP Sharma deferred the case after advocates sought more time in the case. Additional State Advocate Mahipal Vishnoi represented the government side and advocate Nishant Boda and his colleague Dr Vijay Patel were present on behalf of Karan Johar and his team.
Earlier, the court had directed the state government not to take drastic action against Karan Johar and Indian cricket team players. The trio was also granted interim relief by the court.
