New Delhi:After Pakistan Foreign Minister put a condition ahead of India that it will only review its decision to downgrade diplomatic ties if India reconsiders its Kashmir move, former Indian High Commissioner G Parthsarthy claimed that Shah Mehmood Qureshi 'lives in the world of illusion'.
Parthsarthy further went on to call Qureshi's Foreign policy credentials dubious.
He said: "Rest of the world is not questioning the constitutional validity of what we have done. They are merely saying please get together and sort out your differences."
G Parthsarthy speaking about Pak's decision to expel Indian Ambassador. He also took a jibe at Pakistan's decision to take the matter to the UNSC.
"If Qureshi at the behest of Imran Khan chooses to go to the UNSC, then he should not forget that India has just been unanimously elected at the UNSC," he said.
He also asserted that Pakistan is also surprised as its friendly nation UAE has found India's move acceptable.
Expressing surprise on Pakistan's move to expel Indian HC to Islamabad Ajay Bisaria, he said, "I can't understand this business of expelling The Ambassador. Yes, we did it once. However, that was after the Parliament attack. Here, this is an internal constitutional amendment according to the constitution of India."
Describing PoK and Gilgit Baltistan as the virtual colonies of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, he claimed that PoK is ruled by an administrative council which comes directly under the PM of Pakistan.
"It is neither headed by its governor or Chief Minister," he added.
He even went to say that no democracy and autonomy exists in both regions.
