NHSRCL invites suggestion for name, mascot of bullet train project

National High-Speed Rail Corporation has invited public suggestions as to the name and design of a mascot for the bullet train project. The participants can submit their entries on www.mygov.in till March 25.

New Delhi: With India's first bullet train project scheduled to take off between Mumbai and Ahmedabad in 2022, National High-Speed Rail Corporation has invited public suggestions as to the name and design of a mascot for the project

The participants can submit their entries on www.mygov.in till March 25. A committee of experte will shortlist the entries and declare the winner who will be awarded suitably.

Apart from the winner, five other best suggestions will be awarded consolation prizes.

The official logo of National High-Speed Rail Corporation is a Cheetah which symbolises speed, while the red and blue line symbolises peace and reliability.
