High-voltage family drama concludes with 'Nikkah' at district hospital

After a high-voltage family drama, a couple got married at Moradabad district hospital. The boy landed up at the hospital after he was beaten up by the girl's relatives. However, after mutual understanding, both the families agreed to their marriage and the rituals were performed at the hospital premises.

Shahnawaz, a resident of the city's Katghar area, and Ashma wanted to marry, but they were not able to convince their relatives, so they ran away from their houses.

A case was registered regarding the matter and the couple was arrested from Roorkee. After they were brought back to the city, Shahnawaz was beaten up by the girl's relatives and the boy was admitted to the district hospital.

However, after mutual understanding, both the families agreed to their marriage. The rituals were performed at the Women Surgical Ward of the hospital.
