In a tweet, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare(MoHFW) released a video on the usage of Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ). MoHFW further mentions that it is a prescription medicine & is not to be used without medical advice.

Various doctors of All India Institute of Medical Sciences are answering all questions related Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) & COVID-19. For e.g Dr Randeep Guleria, Director AIIMS has said that Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) is being used on experimental basis and that there is no concrete evidence that this medicine is helpful in treating COVID-19.
