Belgaum:There is a family in a village named Inchal in Karnataka's Belgaum, which has as many as 16 people who have dedicated themselves to the service of the country, protecting the nation's sovereignty in all circumstances.
In the year 1977, Rudrappa, one of the family members first joined the Indian army, which initiated a trend as young members followed the footsteps of their elders.
In an undivided family consisting of 160 members, around 16 members are working in the Indian Army. Additionally, four youths are currently undergoing their army training and will soon be stationed at the borders.
Interestingly, Inchal, a small village with a population of 10,000 people, is known for sending the highest number of soldiers to the Indian army in the entire state.
