Tumakuru: With Karnataka gram panchayat elections coming near, all the candidates are leaving no unturned to woo the voters with their promises and manifestos. The unique manifesto of Gangamma, who is contesting from Kalkare gram panchayat, has grabbed eyeballs and is making rounds on social media.
Gangamma has made a list of poll promises on what she will do if she wins the election. Gangamma will get a title deed done in Karitimmaraya Swami Temple's name, will make Aralikatte (shrine under peepal tree), make a road from Chikkasaasalaiah house to Doddakarekal and will also build a drainage system from saggayyana thippala to Hombayya land.
What if she loses? Well, if she loses Gangamma will get the ration cards of 25 'ineligible' families cancelled, will get the pensions of 40 families cancelled who provide wrong information to get Maithri manasvi pension, construct a graveyard and will evict families who have encroached upon Kalkere Gramatana without any documents.
She also said that she had got bills for six houses under housing schemes stopped over alleged illegal allotments.
