Madhepura: Hitting at Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut, late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's cousin and BJP MP Neeraj Kumar Bablu accused Maharashtra government of conspiring with the police to complicate the case.
Raut had earlier claimed that 'pressure tactics' were being in the case and that the issue was being politicised as part of a conspiracy against Maharashtra. He had also claimed that the actor was upset by his father's decision to remarry.
Supporting a CBI investigation in the matter, Bablu said that it will reveal facts behind the case.

"It was a wise decision of the Bihar government to demand a CBI inquiry into this matter, the investigation will soon reveal actual facts behind the entire conspiracy," he said.
He also termed the CBI enquiry as a new hope for justice.
"The entire nation is following the case closely, it is shameful the way the Maharashtra Police is not ready to cooperate. Police from any state should not behave in this manner," he said.
Rajput, 34, was found hanging at his apartment in suburban Bandra on June 14.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) recently took over the probe in the case, based on a Patna police FIR related to alleged criminal conspiracy and abetment to suicide against Rajput's girlfriend and actor Rhea Chakraborty.
