Maharashtra Guv to donate 30pc of annual salary to PM-CARES Fund

Amid increasing number of COVID-19 positive cases, Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari on Monday said he would give 30 per cent of his annual salary to the PM-CARES Fund.

Mumbai (Maharashtra):Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari on Monday said he would give 30 per cent of his annual salary to the PM-CARES Fund.

The PM-CARES Fund been set up to combat and contain the coronavirus outbreak and provide relief, a Raj Bhavan statement said, adding that Koshyari had already announced that he would donate his March salary to the PM Relief Fund.
