Lockdown is a time for self-introspection and meditation,says Kerala CEO Teeka Ram

While interacting with ETV Bharat, Chief Electoral Officer for Kerala Government Teeka Ram Meena said that the lockdown period is a time for self-introspection and meditation.

Thiruvananthapuram(Kerala):State Chief Electoral Officer Teeka Ram Meena is utilising this lockdown period to read books, cook and clean his house.

While speaking to ETV Bharat, Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Kerala Meena said,"It's a shame for an IAS officer if he says that he doesn't know how to cook food or do his household chores independently. Lockdown is a time for self-introspection and meditation too."

"I am reading my favourite books, especially spiritual ones to delve deep into myself", he added.
