Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter Aradhya have tested positive for COVID-19. Both of them are currently placed under home quarantine.
The COVID-19 tests for Aishwarya, Jaya and other family members were conducted after veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan and son, actor Abhishek Bachchan, tested positive for the disease yesterday.
Pednekar further informed that the health of both father and son was currently stable.
The 'Don' actor is reported to be in a "stable" condition with "mild symptoms" after testing positive for coronavirus on Saturday.

Big B's 3 houses to be fumigated, sanitised
Hours after Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan were admitted for COVID-19 treatment in hospital, civic teams rushed to the three bungalows of the Bachchan family in Vile Parle-Juhu.
The teams, sporting full protection gear, started carrying out full fumigation and sanitisation of the premises, inside and outside.
Nearly a two dozen strong team landed at Jalsa, Pratiksha and Janak bungalows, all within a radius of barely two km in the posh Juhu-Vile Parle suburb in western Mumbai.
Meanwhile, Health Minister Rajesh Tope said the condition of both the Bachchan father-son duo is stable.
The samples of Jaya Bachchan and Aishwarya Bachchan have been taken and their reports are expected soon.

Security beefed up outside Nanavati Hospital, Bachchan's home
Mumbai Police have beefed up security outside the Nanavati Hospital, where megastar Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan have been admitted
after they tested positive for coronavirus, officials said on Sunday.
Security has also been stepped up outside the megastar's two bungalows in Juhu area here, they said.
After the Bachchans on Saturday said they tested positive for coronavirus and were admitted to hospital, some people tried to gather outside the medical facility located in Vile Parle (West), but they were asked to leave and not allowed to stand on the road, a police official said.
"We have beefed up security to avoid assembling of people outside the hospital. Other COVID-19 patients are also in the hospital, they should not face inconvenience. Our officers are outside the hospital and not allowing anyone to assemble," Santacruz police station's senior inspector Shriram Koregaonkar said.

Big B's health condition stable: Hospital
Sharing an update on Big B's health, hospital's PRO said that the actor is stable with mild symptoms.
"Amitabh Bachchan is stable with mild symptoms and is currently admitted in the isolation unit of the hospital," said the public relations officer.
Earlier, Nanavati sources stated that the 77-year-old senior actor is not on a ventilator. The Bachchans shared their health update on Twitter. Abhishek said both his father and he had had mild symptoms and requested everybody to be calm and not panic. While Amitabh is 77, Abhishek is 44 years old.

Mumbai:Megastar Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan tested positive for COVID-19 on Saturday.
The Bachchans, who are admitted at Nanavati Hospital, shared their health update on Twitter.
Abhishek said both his father and he had had mild symptoms and requested everybody to be calm and not panic.
While Amitabh is 77, Abhishek is 44 years old.
“I have tested COVID positive. Shifted to Hospital. Hospital informing authorities, family and staff undergone tests, results awaited,” Amitabh tweeted.
"All that have been in close proximity to me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested,” he added.
As per reports, he has been moved to the isolation ward of the Nanavati hospital.
Soon after his father posted his tweet, quelling speculation about his health, Abhishek also tweeted.
"Earlier today both my father and I tested positive for COVID 19. Both of us having mild symptoms have been admitted to hospital. We have informed all the required authorities and our family and staff are all being tested. I request all to stay calm and not panic. Thank you," Abhishek tweeted.
"The BMC has been in touch and we are complying with them," he added.
Within minutes of Amitabh's post, the get well soon wishes began pouring in, flooding Twitter and other social media platforms.
Amitabh has been active on social media through the lockdown, which began on March 25 to curtail the spread of COVID-19.
The actor, who was roped in by the government in March to help spread awareness about the pandemic, has been frequently posting on Twitter and Instagram as well as his blog, sharing advice on a range of issues. He has also been sharing throwback pictures with family and friends, motivational quotes, anecdotes about his cinema journey and celebrating anniversaries of his various films.
He was last seen in Shoojit Sircar’s "Gulabo Sitabo", which released on streaming platform Amazon Prime Video last month.
