Kadapa:A village named Dapperla in Jammalamadugu municipality in Andhra Pradesh's Kadapa district has amenities that many Indian villages lack.
Dapperla village situated near Mylavaram reservoir has fertile farmlands and is located near the municipal office and yet the village remains abandoned except one elderly man named Seshadanam who still resides there.
For the past 10 months, this man has been living in the village on his own.
According to sources, in the past, the village accommodated around 200 people (120 voters) but one unfortunate scuffle related to a farmland dispute changed the fate of the village leading to the mass exodus.
