New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Sanjay Paswan on Monday said that the BJP trusted Nitish Kumar for the post of chief minister in Bihar for the last fifteen years and now it is time that he should give a leader of the BJP a chance to be chief minister.
JD(U) will break alliance with BJP soon: Akhilesh Singh Talking to ETV Bharat on this, Congress Rajya Sabha MP Akhilesh Singh seconded the statement of Sanjay Paswan and said that it's a matter of time and Nitish will break the alliance with the BJP.
"People voted in the name of Narendra Modi in the Lok Sabha elections, not in the name of Nitish Kumar. It seems that Nitish will snap the ties with BJP soon. If he does so, the Congress party will consider to form an alliance with the JD(U)," added Singh.
Meanwhile, slamming Sanjay Paswan, JD(U) leaders said that no one needs to give advice to Nitish Kumar. People of Bihar are with Nitish Kumar and he will continue to be the NDAs face in Bihar.
