New Delhi:Senior CPM leader and former MP, Hannan Mollah on Friday criticised Jammu & Kashmir Governor Satyapal Mallik and termed him as "BJP president."
"The way J&K Governor speaks, it seems he is speaking like a BJP president," said Mollah while criticising the Governor for his speeches and way of tackling the present situation in J&K.

"It's an undeclared emergency in Kashmir. There is no freedom of speech. Neither anybody can raise any question," said Mollah.
The senior CPM leader said that the government is working in an autocratic way.
Referring to the recent restrictions imposed on an all-party delegation from visiting J&K, Mollah said that if anybody needs to visit his or her family, it seems the Supreme Court's intervention is necessary.
"After Sitaram Yechury filled habeas corpus petition, the Supreme Court has given him the permission to visit party leader Mohammed Yousuf Tarigami," said Mollah.
Yechury will submit a report of his visit to the apex court after he returns, said Mollah.
