New Delhi:Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Friday claimed that India may see a major change in its nuclear doctrine as 'No First Use' policy may change in the future; based on circumstances.
Speaking to reporters, Rajnath Singh claimed that nuclear policy, which has remained constant, might change in future.
"Till now 'No First Use' remained as our nuclear policy.
