New Delhi:In a bid to strike a chord with video game lovers and make the youth aware of the Indian Air Force(IAF), it has launched a mobile game on Wednesday.
The IAF chief BS Dhanoa has launched the game- 'Indian Air Force: A cut above' which is a combat-based flight simulator mobile game.
The game is called 'Indian Air Force: A cut above'. The teaser of this game was released on July 20. It gave insights on the single-player game and showed several fighter jets in aerial combat, targeting different on-land structures.
It aims at making the youth aware about the IAF. It also featured a character sporting a gunslinger moustache similar to that of Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman's, who was captured and later released by Pakistan after his aircraft was shot down in an aerial dogfight.
"I am an air warrior, proud, dependable and fearless. In every act and deed, I put the honour and security of my motherland, first," the teaser said setting up the storyline for the game.
