MK Stalin:TN Seshan's demise is an irreparable loss. He had brought numerous reforms in the electoral system. He brought the system of voter ID cards for elections. Leaders pay tribute to former Chief Election Commissioner of India
Chennai: Former Chief Election Commissioner TN Seshan passed away after a cardiac arrest on Sunday at 9:30 pm at his home in Chennai.
Leaders all across India are expressing their condolences to his family and friends.
