Hyderabad:While we are currently ‘locked-down’ at home due to the Corona epidemic, it is natural to get tempted to eat fried foods and spicy meals.

However, the higher the fat content in the diet, the greater the ill effects on our concentration levels, according to a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

The study was conducted on those who ate a diet high in saturated fat.

Those who ate a fat-rich meal were noticed to experience a decreased level of concentration.

The researchers further stated that such kind of food has a negative effect even on the functioning of their brains.
