1. PM to inaugurate strategic Atal Tunnel at Rohtang today
Prime Minister Narendra Modi Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the strategically important all-weather Atal Tunnel, which reduces the distance between Manali and Leh by 46 km and the travel time by four to five hours, at Rohtang in Himachal Pradesh on Saturday.

3. India, Bangladesh navies set for mega military exercise
The Indian and Bangladeshi navies will hold a mega military exercise in the Bay of Bengal on Saturday which will be followed by a two-day joint maritime patrolling in the region to further expand operational coordination between the two forces.
4. Jammu Ropeway Project to commence operation today
The commercial operation of the Jammu Ropeway Project (JRP) will begin on Saturday from Bahu to Mahamaya in the winter capital city, officials said on Friday. Precautions for prevention of COVID-19 such as maintaining of social distance, sanitization of cabins before and after boarding and de-boarding of passengers, wearing of masks and checking of body temperature have been made compulsory, they added.
