Barmer: Renowned horse-rider Chugh Singh Rathore always aspired that his five sons to learn the equestrian sport. And today, his four sons are such well-trained horse riders that they are earning millions of rupees and bringing laurels to their royal family. Rathore's youngest son is now planning to go to America to get horse riding training.
Rathore used to keep five to seven horses at his residence and is very well-versed with the sport. He wanted his sons to take up horse riding as employment means and even their sons are leaving no stones unturned to fulfill their father's dreams.
Chug Singh Rathore's sons reside in Japan, Dubai and New Zealand and are playing in millions. The family has also started an international equestrian school with 14 village horses, in which dozens of people from Barmer and other places come for training. Chug Singh says that his sole aim is to promote the art of horse riding in every way possible.
Rathore's son Jaswant Singh, who had recently come to India from New Zealand, said that his father was always fond of horse riding.
He said, "During our childhood, I and my brothers used to take horses far and wide and used to play with them. Since the horses were kept at our home, we gradually learn to ride them. My maternal uncle gave training for 6 months to my elder brother in Delhi and my brother went to Dubai. My brother also represented India in Dubai for the horse-riding sport following which rest of my brothers also got training in abroad. "
