New Delhi: The hearing in Sunanda Pushkar death case which was scheduled on Wednesday is now deferred to January 30. The case has been deferred due to unavailability of judge Ajay Kumar Kuhar. The Rouse Avenue Court was supposed to hear Congress leader Sashi Tharoor's application on Wednesday, demanding that tweets of his late wife Sunanda Pushkar be put on record.
Last year, the counsel representing Tharoor, an accused in the murder case of his wife, sought that the tweet posted by the latter just before her demise be made a part of the charge sheet.
