New Delhi:Customers of the largest private sector lender HDFC Bank on Monday faced troubles accessing their accounts due to a technical glitch.

Customers were unable to access the page

According to reports, thousands of customers were locked out of their accounts as HDFC Bank's net banking and mobile banking services were down.

However, in a series of tweets, the bank said only some of the customers are facing the glitches and that there is no cause for any undue concern.

"Due to a technical glitch, some of our customers have been having trouble logging into our NetBanking and MobileBanking App. Our experts are working on it on top priority, and we're confident we'll be able to restore services shortly," the bank tweeted.

"While we deeply regret the inconvenience caused, there's no cause for undue concern," it added.

Many customers took to social media throughout the day to voice their concerns, complaining that they could not make scheduled payments for the entire day.
