Dehradun: As pandemic restrictions are scaled down across India, authorities in Uttarakhand have allowed offerings of holy water at the sanctum sanctorum of Shri Chandreshwar Mahadev temple in Rishikesh.
Reports say one person will be allowed at a time and face coverings are mandatory for devotees while offering prayers and performing rituals at the temple.
The relaxation of rules comes in the fourth phase of lowering restrictions imposed to slow the spread of coronavirus outbreak.
